Dear SQL Saturday organizer,

I’m sure you heard about PASS upcoming insolvency (see Fig #1 below) and the uncertain future of SQL Saturday brand and its web site. While nobody can be certain about the sqlsaturday.com infrastructure and brand, here are some steps that will allow you to retain your most valuable assets for your future SQL Saturday event without PASS. Please follow the steps below to download and retain attendee and session/speaker list.

Steps to download attendee and session/speaker list:

  • Download attendee list
  1. Visit http://admin.sqlsaturday.com/
  2. Navigate an click on your event
  1. Click on Reports
  1. Select event registrations from the Reports drop-down
  1. Download to Excel/CSV by using SSRS report export button
  • Download sessions/speakers lists
  1. Repeat A.1 to A.3 if needed
  2. Select sessions submitted from Report drop-down

  1. Download to Excel/CSV by using SSRS report export button
  1. De-dup based on last name, first name, and email address to get a speaker list
